David E. Lawson Independent Family Funeral Director takes clients privacy seriously and will only use personal data to administer accounts, provide products and services when requested.
I retain client information for reference only, for a period of seven years, in keeping with HMRC requirements. After that time records are permanently deleted unless prior consent of the client has been obtained.
I will not disclose any client information to third parties without client consent.
All records, paper and electronic, are kept securely within my premises and as a sole trader are only accessible to myself.
Any external IT support is provided by fully GDPR compliant persons or companies. You may contact me via my email address for further details.
The appointed GDPR representative is myself, I can be contacted via my email address. I am entirely responsible for all data processing within my company and conversant in the rules relating to GDPR.
Clients may request that I disclose to them or delete any personal information held by me at any time by contacting me in writing to my address or via my email address.
